John Baldwin Elementary of Danville is our new Walnut Creek Area Team champion! Scoring 17.5 points, this powerhouse easily outpaced Camino Pablo, which took second with 16.0. Rounding out the top five were Los Perales with 15.0 and Donald Rheem and Del Rey with 14.5 each. Ayush Maganahalli led Baldwin with five points out of six. Joshua Cao of Camino Pablo led all scorers with a perfect score of six. Nathaniel Sauerberg of Donald Rheem won the best game trophy and finished with five of six, losing only to Cao.

Last year's number two school, Palmer of Walnut Creek, fell to eighth, while other strong finishers from last year like Dorris-Eaton and Glorietta fell a few places. Jumping into the top ten for the first time in the event's ten year history were Strandwood and Montevideo schools.

Seventy-five students participated with other top finishers being Zachary Hsiao and Justin Tan at five points each. Below we have listed the top ten schools and all 23 students who scored at least four points. We hope you enjoy all the pictures and the best game as well!

Thanks again to everyone for coming and we will see you at summer camp!
